Hi, everyone!  I’m here to give you this week’s fashion advice.

Yep, it’s that time of year again…Winter is coming, and in order to wrap up and stay warm without immediately having to choose an overcoat, wool will be the best option. Good news: thick wool and fur are making a reappearance on the runways.  In short, knitwear and fur are in. Comfort is, of course, needed, but so are style and designer techniques.

Knitted items will be also highly popular during the fall/winter 2014 season.  Free knit is going to be the hottest trend of this season.  Just like in grown-up fashion, during the coming seasons, in the wardrobe of every girl or boy should be real or fake fur.  Consider fur hats, coats, collars, muffs, and fur trimming for shoes and bags. So, look out, ladies…kids are taking over this time!

When i  asked how she feels about fashion, Ann Liu commented, “Fashion is a way to express yourself, like art.”

Ms. Ashley James shared that her fashion style is “trendy.”

Winifred Sidebeh, my mom stated, “I make fashion look good.”

Now, for the bonus question:  How do the 5th grade Safety Patrol monitors feel about the sashes they wear?

Amber Bly said, “I feel like they should be kept the same as they’ve always been.”

Katie O’Connor expressed, “I feel like they should change it because it is very uncomfortable, and they should make it more comfortable.”
