OUR WORLD– Lots of people are not treating our ocean with respect, but we can stop that.

There have been lots of news reports that show people taking out trash from the ocean. People are just throwing trash, like cans and plastic, that could spread diseases that could harm animals and people.

Giana Pizzutiello says, “It’s really sad that they are doing this because it’s hurting the animals.”

Ava Gatti says, “I hate it because it is basically just killing the animals and destroying their habitats.”

I think people should really start thinking before they let go of their garbage at the beach.
