PELHAM, NY– Sergio’s is a new restaurant that will soon open in Pelham!

I asked the owner, Nick, a few questions.  When asked what he thinks people will like about Sergio’s, he said, “The food. They have a really good chef.”

I asked him when he is going to open Sergio’s, and he said, “I am hoping December first.”

I also asked him why he chose Pelham, and he said, “I read an article on Pelham.”

Nick is from the Bronx, but he is Albanian.  He chose the name Sergio’s because he has a cousin named Sergio.

I am very excited for the opening of Sergio’s!
