LAKE PLACID– Some people went to Lake Placid over Winter Break!

In Lake Placid there is a lake. It’s called Mirror Lake. During winter break, Mirror Lake was frozen over. Many people walked across the lake doing activities like ice hockey, taking pictures, exploring, enjoying the view, or just talking. The actual lake called Lake Placid is in the town right next to Lake Placid.

“If I ever went to Lake Placid, I don’t know what I would do. There is so much to do!” L.R. claimed.

S.R. added, “If I went to Lake Placid, I would probably watch movies and look at the views.”

On Main Street, there are many things you can do. There is an ice skating rink, a movie theater, shops, restaurants, and much more! Many people love that street with all the activities. If you don’t live there, you can rent a hotel for a week. It’s really comfy in the hotels.

If you ever get the chance, you might want to go to Lake Placid! Lake Placid is visited by many people, and most people love it there! Have fun if you ever go!
