Mix-it-Up Lunch!

HUTCHINSON SCHOOL– Everyone got to make new friends and it’s all because of student government.

Every year there is a day called Mix-it-Up Lunch. At Mix-it-Up Lunch, people will see what color their shirt is, and that color shows you what table to sit at. Usually there is a paper or balloon with a certain color that will match your shirt.  The purpose of Mix-it-Up Lunch is so that you can make new friends in school, and in the end everyone has a friend.

M.B. says, “I liked the idea and how you got to make new friends.”

B.G. says, “I liked the point of the event–that you could make new friends.”

 Thank you, Student Government! Now everyone has a friend.
