Holiday Gift Drive at Hutchinson School

HUTCHINSON SCHOOL– Did you see the blue bins at Hutchinson School? It started and it ended, and it’s going to children that don’t have any gifts for Christmas. It was run by Student Government.

I interviewed Mrs. Gentile on the topic. I asked her, “When and why did you start this project?”

She said, “Because it is really important. I started this gift drive about five years ago. I feel that the student government should continue with this project.  I like doing it because I like to help.  In order to organize a project like this, we make posters, flyers and boxes.

Most of the gifts contributed included books and baby toys.  Always remember to donate!
