He Had a Dream

USA– He had a dream.

“I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration  for freedom in the history of our nation.  Five score years ago a great American in whose symbolic shadow we stand in today signed the Emancipation Proclamation.”

Those were was a couple of lines from Martin Luther King, Jr.’s speech.  Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Baptist Minister, social activist, and played a key role in the American Civil Rights Movement from the mid-1950s until his assassination in 1968.  Also did you know “Martin’s” birth name is actually Michael?  But he legally changed it.

EP said, “I think that it’s good that Martin Luther King, Jr. is a hero because he brought black and white people together.”

LO said, “I think that he is great-hearted for the U.S. and I think he did great things.
