The Kindness Quilt

HUTCHINSON SCHOOL– In Hutchinson, we made something called the Kindness Quilt. All grades did it and it was lots of fun.  Everyone wrote or drew different ways that they were kind.

3rd grader Jackie Pennetta said, “I did Toys for Tots.”

3rd grader Rachael Janos said, “I did soup kitchen.”

Klea Gjeloshi said, “I drew two kids sharing a toy.”

Then the pieces were stapled together to look like a quilt. That’s why it is called a Kindness Quilt. It shows kindness and looks like a quilt.  The quilt was hung outside Class 3H.  It was so much fun to make!
